The ITIL® Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) training course is available in both an online and in-person format. This 5-day training course is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to better understand ITIL® processes and roles including Service Management and the Operational Support Lifecycle. In addition, students will be led through all the exam objectives so that they are fully prepared to handle the OSA certification exam at the end of the 5-day course.
