Course Description

This two-day course teaches leaders and executives how to identify the data they need to collect in order to learn new insights, choose the most effective data science methods for their use cases, and lead their teams to success. This course is an executive-level overview of the most powerful and popular data science methods and algorithms, as well as their use cases.

Learning Objectives

After completing this course, students will be able to oversee data science projects, understand how data mining algorithms work so they can better direct their teams, improve communication between domain experts and technical talent, and learn how to maximize the impact of their data through new insights.
