Course Description

Microsoft Teams includes numerous features designed to increase an organization's collaboration and productivity. In this course, you'll learn how to provide and manage external access to domains using the Microsoft Teams admin center. You'll examine how external access features give outside organizations the ability to call, chat, and schedule meetings within Teams. Next, you'll examine how to configure external access for SharePoint and integrate e-mail solutions within Teams. Lastly, you'll learn how to work with channels, messaging policies, and cloud file storage options for collaboration. This course is one of several that will help prepare learners for the MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams certification exam.
