Course Description

Windows 10 is a powerful operating system with extensive storage management options and features. Windows storage management supports a wide range of disks and formats, and offers several important features for the individual user and administrator alike.

In this course, you will discover Windows 10 storage management features, beginning with disk volumes, compression, encryption, and quotes, and dynamic disks. Then, you will learn about the Windows Disk Management app, optimizing local drives, defragmenting, and storage spaces. Finally, you will explore how to troubleshoot hard drive issues and file and folder permissions, and how to configure OneDrive for Windows clients.

This course is part of a series preparing learners for the MD-100: Windows Client exam.
