Course Description

Explore scaled Agile frameworks, the differences between them, and their organizational fit. In this 13-video course, examine the organizational implications of scaled Agile frameworks, techniques for choosing one, and how to customize them. Key concepts covered in this course include large-scale Agile framework options and how to recognize the four most popular frameworks - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS), and Scrum of Scrums (SoS); and characteristics of large-scale Agile frameworks. Next, learn the general organizational fit of large-scale Agile frameworks; learn about the additional roles in each large-scale Agile framework; learn the additional processes in each large- scale Agile framework; and learn the commonly used selection criteria when choosing large-scale Agile frameworks. Finally, learn how to configure and customize SAFe; learn DAD customization, LeSS customization, and SoS customization; and learn newer concepts in Agile framework, such as various newer versions of SAFe, Nexus, Scrum at Scale, and Scrumban.
