Course Description

Scaling Scrum in your organization can result in significant benefits when done correctly. It's not enough to choose the right approach. You also have to know how to recognize the challenges you might face and how to overcome them to experience positive results.

In this course, you'll learn about challenges you might face while transitioning to and scaling Scrum. You'll also learn about the challenges that come from resistance to change and team-specific challenges when scaling Scrum, including distributed teams, team member turnover, and team meeting challenges. Finally, you'll learn about other common Scrum scaling challenges such as task urgency, integration testing challenges, Scrum scaling adoption challenges, and organizational culture challenges.
