Course Description

There are many frameworks that you can choose to scale Scrum within your organization, and having a solid understanding of these options can help ensure you select the right one.

In this course, you'll learn about the characteristics of common Scrum scaling models, including the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, the Nexus framework, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and the Scrum@Scale framework. Next, you'll learn about the benefits of scaling models such as Scaled Agile and the Spotify framework. Finally, you'll learn about common challenges of scaling frameworks, including the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) framework and Enterprise Scrum.
