Course Description

This 14-video course continues preparing learners for the MS-300 deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork certification exam, which focuses on abilities of teamwork administrators to configure and manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business, Teams, and workload integrations. First, you will explore how to integrate Microsoft 365 workloads with external data and systems; identify data access requirement; and manage tenant settings for Microsoft's business analytic service, Power BI. You will then learn how to monitor workload usage, usage patterns, and license usage. The course goes on to examine extensible points in the Teams client, including channels, group chats, messages, and user interface elements. Next, you will learn how to use Power BI administration, including roles, tasks, and tools, and how to use the admin portal. You will learn how to identify and manage Power BI tenants, monitor Workload usage and usage patterns, and the use of the Admin Center to view and configure Power BI licenses. Finally, learners will see how to view user activity and product usage reports from Microsoft 365 usage analytics.
