Course Description

Microsoft Azure provides managed database solutions, which means technicians can focus on the database solution and not the underlying setup. In this course, you'll learn about NoSQL and SQL solutions available in Azure. You'll start by learning how to configure a NoSQL table within a storage account. You'll then examine how to deploy and configure a Cosmos DB NoSQL database. Next, you'll learn how to deploy and configure an Azure SQL database. Lastly, you'll see how to connect to Azure SQL database using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, enable Azure SQL high availability, and publish on-premises databases to Azure. This course is one of a collection of courses that prepares learners for the AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies certification exam.
