Course Description

Azure AD is used to store user, group, device, and application configurations for use with Azure. In this 15-video course, explore how to configure AD (active directory) authentication, manage AD users via various methods, and create and remove apps, while preparing for AZ-300: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies certification exam. Key concepts covered in this course include how Azure AD will authenticate users and devices; how to use the portal to create an Azure AD domain; and how to use PowerShell to view Azure AD domain details. You will learn how to configure an Azure AD custom DNS (domain name system) domain; and how to manage Azure AD users by using the portal, PowerShell, and Azure CLI (command-line interface); how to manage Azure AD groups by using the portal, PowerShell, and Azure CLI. Next, learn to join Windows 10 devices to an Azure AD domain; learn to use the portal to create an Azure AD app definition; and learn how to use the Azure CLI to delete an Azure AD app.
