Course Description

All projects face risks. Effective project risk management can be the difference between success or failure for a project manager. The ability to monitor risk and create strategies to implement risk responses is key to effective project management.

In this course, you learn about the role of risk owner, and how to run risk audits and risk reassessments. You'll explore variance and trend analysis, technical performance measurement, reserve analysis, and responses to negative and positive risks.
