Course Description

Microsoft Teams offers several analytics and reporting features that help gain insight into how users are using Teams to collaborate and improve productivity. Optimize user experience by reviewing analytic data and learn how users are communicating, and which devices are being used to connect to Teams. In this course, you'll explore how to view and interpret Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 usage reports. You'll then discover how to optimize and analyze call quality using Call analytics and the Call Quality Dashboard. Lastly, you'll discover how to use Power BI to identify call quality issues. This course is one of several that will help prepare learners for the MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams certification exam.
