Course Description

Phone numbers allow users to initiate and receive phone call communication from within Teams. In this course, you'll learn how to order phone numbers and manage service numbers for users within an organization. You'll learn how to create, edit, and assign phone numbers for users, and work with emergency addresses and calling features within Teams. Lastly, you'll explore how to recommend a Public Switched Telephone Network connectivity solution based on organizational requirements and how to configure and manage Direct Routing. This course is one of several that will help prepare learners for the MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams certification exam.
