Course Description

In this challenge lab, you will manage common operations on a Linux virtual machine. First, you will create and manage users on Linux, and then you will manage files and directories on Linux. Next, you will access a Windows® share from a Linux virtual machine, and then you will configure ownership on Linux directories and files. Finally, you will set permissions on Linux directories and files. Note: Once you begin the challenge lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or exit and then return to your challenge lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the challenge lab before you start.
