Course Description

In this Challenge Lab, you will implement new security policies. First, you will create a new domain Group Policy Object (GPO) to implement new security changes throughout the domain, and then you will define and enforce GPO settings related to account lockout, password policies, and auditing. Next, you will create a GPO to prohibit access to the Control Panel, PC settings, and the Registry Editor, and then block the GPO from applying to the Domain Admins group. Finally, you will verify that GPO settings have been applied by testing them on a Windows® domain client. Note: Once you begin the challenge lab, you will not be able to pause, save, or exit and then return to your challenge lab. Please ensure that you have set aside enough time to complete the challenge lab before you start.
