Course Description

Explore the Azure cloud reference model, Cloud Adoption Framework, and use of cloud architecture in migration. Cloud migration is moving data, application, and various other business elements from an on-premises environment or platforms to cloud environments or platforms. In this course, examine prominent Azure cloud migration tools and cloud migration strategies for Azure. Key concepts covered include: how to use the Azure Cloud reference model for scalability, availability, manageability, and security; the steps involved in adopting Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure; and the process flow of Azure cloud migration. You will learn about cloud migration plans in order to adopt appropriate roadmap of cloud migration; Azure cloud migration strategies (rehost, refactor, rearchitect, and rebuild); and capabilities of Azure cloud migration tools.
