If you're responsible for managing projects, the CAPM® is an asset that will enhance your credibility and effectiveness. CAPM training will ensure you have the knowledge you need to manage the project schedule. This course covers the Define Activities and Sequence Activities processes in project schedule management. This course will assist learners in preparing for the PMI® PMP® certification exam.
