Course Description

In this course, you'll learn how packets are sent through the ACI fabric and the importance of VXLAN technology to the Cisco ACI. You'll explore important points of the NIST 800-145 document that defines cloud computing. Next, you'll examine the different components that make up a Cisco NX-OS device, the different software upgrades that might apply, and upgrade procedures and protection mechanisms you might need. You'll move on to learn about Nexus configuration management concepts, including the checkpoint and rollback features. You'll explore NetFlow features and how it can be used to monitor data center traffic flows. Finally, you'll learn how the Switched Port Analyzer is used for mirroring and about nuances of its use in NX-OS. This course is one in a collection that helps prepare learners for the 350-601 Implementing Cisco Data Center Core Technologies (DCCOR) certification exam.
