Course Description

Collaboration engineers are often required to work with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM), as it involves managing user account provisioning. Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integration with Cisco UCM synchronizes users and their properties.

In this course, you'll recognize the LDAP integration process, configuration sections of LDAP synchronization and authentication, and LDAP design and security considerations.

Moving on, you'll discover the roles and permissions defined within access control groups and the components of a feature group template used for LDAP integration. Lastly, you'll identify how to prepare and integrate the Cisco UCM with the Microsoft LDAP server.

This course is a part of a collection of courses that will prepare you for the 350-801: Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR) certification exam.
