Course Description

Provisioning of endpoints is a common task that a collaboration engineer is required to perform. In this course, you'll explore different ways of provisioning endpoints in Cisco UCM.

You'll begin by examining the features and flaws of manual provisioning and recognize how to use manual and auto-provisioning methods for endpoint registration.

Moving on, you'll identify the elements and authentication modes of self-provisioning in detail and discover the use of the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) in batch-provisioning.

Finally, you'll explore the features and configurations of all the listed provisioning methods and demonstrate endpoint registration using self-provisioning and batch-provisioning methods.

This course is a part of a collection of courses that will prepare you for the 350-801: Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR) certification exam.
