Course Description

A collaboration engineer is required to know about the various peripheral components and protocols in Cisco unified communication.

In this course, you'll explore some fundamental aspects of the Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM). You'll interact with configurable sections, such as backup settings, restore processes, dial-plan components, and DHCP server operations. You'll also investigate the role of NTP in a UC network. Furthermore, you'll examine the uses of CDP in IP telephony and the impression of LDAP in a Cisco unified communication network.

At the end of this course, you'll be able to set up disaster recovery along with a range of IP network protocols.

This course is a part of a collection of courses that will prepare you for the 350-801: Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR) certification exam.
