Course Description

Many organizations today use various applications to provide mobility and superior experience to end-users. Cisco provides multiple collaboration applications based on customer requirements that make communication more unified. Explore the components and features of Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) and how it affords a unified messaging and voicemail solution.

Investigate the various elements of Unity Connection to gain a better understanding of its functionality: cluster capacity, configuring and managing users, types of call handlers, Presence Service protocols, and Mobile and Remote Access (MRA) deployment.

Upon completing this course, you'll be in a position to outline the Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) integration options of Unity Connection with CUCM, implement an on-premises deployment of Cisco Jabber, and prepare for the 350-801: Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR) certification exam.
