Course Description

Collaboration engineers form a solid knowledge foundation when their skillset includes identifying various types of codecs used in unified communication as well as call signaling over IP networks and endpoint registration processes.

In this course, you'll examine various voice and video codecs working as essential pieces of VoIP communication over an IP network. You'll also explore different call signaling methods, endpoint registration, and troubleshooting processes.
