In this course, you'll explore fundamental call signaling protocol, call setup, and teardown process concepts. You'll learn about various call control protocols, creating a strong base for call troubleshooting. You'll also observe the call setup and teardown process with different signaling protocols in place.

Furthermore, you'll troubleshoot call setup issues using different tools, outline how the DTMF signal moves over IP networks, and examine how to integrate LDAP with a Cisco Unified Communications network.

This course is a part of a collection that prepares you for the 350-801: Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR) certification exam.
