Course Description

Explore the Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology support services. Topics include billing and cost management, document and support, support plans, trusted advisor, and organizations. This course starts with analyzing billing and cost tools with AWS Cost Explorer, which provides reporting, analytics, and visualization to track and manage your AWS costs; the next part covers the AWS Glossary, AWS Documentation, forums, training and other resources. The AWS Support Center has a range of support plans that provide 24/7 access to customer service, AWS documentation, white papers, and support forums; AWS Trusted Advisor is an application that draws upon best practices learned from aggregated operational history of serving hundreds of thousands of AWS customers. Trusted Advisor inspects your AWS environment and makes recommendations for saving money, improving system performance, or closing security gaps. The final technology support service covered in the course is AWS Organizations, which helps to configure AWS services and share resources across accounts. This course is one of a collection of courses that prepares learners for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner 2019 certification.
