Course Description

This 15-video course continues preparations for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect-Associate (SAA-C02) certification exam by reviewing more of the core AWS concepts introduced in previous courses. Topics covered in this course include relational database service (RDS) deployment and replication, AWS identity and access management (IAM), and AWS monitoring. You will begin by examining the processes of deploying RDS and enabling replication for RDS. Next, participants will watch practical demonstrations of how to create an AWS IAM user and group, as well as how to assign policies to IAM groups. You will review how to enable multifactor authentication for an IAM user, then to configure Simple AD and deploy an auto scaling group. The review continues by demonstrating how to create a KMS key and a private certificate authority, and how to configure an AWS budget. The review course concludes with demonstrations of deploying a static website and configuring CloudWatch alarms
