  • ITIL Foundation classes scheduled each month for live online and in-person delivery in Columbia, MD & Tysons Corner, VA
  • ITIL Foundation classes can de delivered onsite for groups of 5 or more students.

Learning Objectives

This course prepares students for the ITIL Foundation exam. The objectives of the course include: Strategy of Service, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and The Continuation of Service Improvement
