Course Description

Focuses on data communication and network protocols, including the TCP/IP protocol suite; Internet transport, packet switching and routing; network programming and network applications.

Learning Objectives

Understand and describe the concepts, terminology, and technologies that form the basis for digital communications in individual networks and the global Internet, Understand and use the TCP/IP suite of network protocols, Understand how to implement network protocols;, Read, write, run, and test basic network applications.
