Course Description

Forge Institute is offering a multi-week course that delivers the foundational training for individuals interested in pursuing a career in IT/Cybersecurity. This course provides participants that have little to no experience in IT/Cybersecurity with the primary IT and cybersecurity competencies and practical skills needed to succeed in an entry-level job as an informational technology or cybersecurity professional.

Participants will gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities through instructor-led education, hands-on training, experiential labs, and focused group discussions. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to gain insight & feedback on a variety of professional development topics and career advice through weekly coaching sessions and employer panels This course enhances both technical and professional skills to better position them for full-time employment consideration.

Learning Objectives

We are offering an information technology & cybersecurity training course that will help on-ramp you to become an IT/Cybersecurity professional. We’ll provide instructor-led, virtual training and hands-on experiential practice so that you’ll be better prepared to interview and enter the workforce.
