Course Description

An examination of laws, regulations, ethics, policy, and executive orders for data protection and privacy. Topics include national security issues, ethics, data protection, digital forensics, physical evidence, incident response, and event administration and management.

Learning Objectives

The learning objectives are to use operation and resiliency metrics in accordance with cyber law, ethics, and policy, evaluate decision making compliance with cyberlaw, ethics, and policy, inform and educate stakeholders on cyber operation law, ethics, and policies, and develop people, process, and technology policies in accordance with cyber law and ethics.
