Learning Objectives
The learning objectives are to measure, analyze, and assess the consequence of cyber warfare attacks and conflicts, evaluate the consequences of cyber war and conflicts through legal, policy, ethical, and governance lenses, and develop cyber warfare and conflict operation and resiliency policies taking into consideration people, processes, and technology.
