Videos on the Cyber Career Pathways Tool from WiCyS
The Cyber Career Pathways Tool includes spotlight videos produced by Women in Cybersecurity (WiCys). These five-minute videos feature women talking about their cybersecurity jobs to help users understand real-world applications of the Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity (NICE Framework) Work Roles. Sample videos linked on the tool include:
- Secure Software Development Work Role Video: Learn about software development careers from a cybersecurity advocate and software developer with more than 15 years of experience in creating secure software.
- Database Administration Work Role Video: Watch a professor who is an expert in data security talk about important aspects of a career in secure storage and data protection.
- Cybersecurity Architecture Work Role Video: Hear from a security architect about how her position falls within the NICE Framework, what she does daily for her job, and requirements for working within this career path.
