Now Open: Cyber Skilling for Federal Employees!

Are you looking to join the cybersecurity community, take a different direction in your career, or add cybersecurity to your resume? Then you should apply for the Federal Cyber Defense Skilling Academy(link is external)

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Federal Cyber Defense Skilling Academy provides its students an opportunity to focus on professional growth through an intense, full-time, three-month accelerated training program. The coursework is mapped to the Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity (NICE Framework) and provides students with valuable hands-on experience to practice new skills in lab environments.

  • Who Can Apply? Full-time, federal employees in any job series are eligible to apply to the Skilling Academy.
     
  • When does the Skilling Academy take place? The first few Skilling Academies have already started, however, there is still time to apply to other cohorts before the program application closes!
