The BS in Information Technology (BSIT) program includes a major focus in cybersecurity. Students will learn how to securely protect an organization's network and infrastructure. Elective offerings are also available for studying digital forensics, cloud computing, and other core technologies. Graduates of this program will also receive a certificate showing they have completed the National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) designated program of study. The BSIT program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org.
High school graduate with basic science, math, reading skills. Transfer credits may reduce the number of courses required from the 120 credit 4 year program.
