Desktop Support Technician Training
The students will learn how to 1) install and troubleshoot computers and devices in a small business environment, 2) maintain small business office networks, 3) identify security threats and maintain secure networks, and 4) operate small branch office networks using Cisco networking systems.

- Submit documentation of certiport IC3 fast track Digital Literacy Assessment Test (40% or higher) or submit evidence of 6 months work experience in Computer Systems Support Technician
