The "Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and OEE Optimization Workshop" focuses on strategies to improve machine availability, performance, and product quality through proactive maintenance. Participants learn to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using TPM principles. From a cybersecurity angle, maintaining up-to-date and securely configured equipment prevents exploitation of outdated systems. TPM also supports cybersecurity by ensuring that vulnerabilities related to software and firmware updates are addressed systematically as part of ongoing maintenance routines.
