"Certified Human Factors in AI Systems Specialist (CHFASS)" teaches participants how to account for human cognition, limitations, and behavior in AI system design. This certification ensures that interfaces, feedback mechanisms, and alerts are tailored to human users. In cybersecurity, human-centered design is key to reducing fatigue, preventing alert burnout, and improving the speed and accuracy of threat assessments. Graduates will be equipped to create AI systems that enhance, rather than hinder, human performance in cyber operations.
