CISSP Certification Boot Camp

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification is designed to recognize mastery of an international standard for information security and understanding of a Common Body of Knowledge (CBK). The International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)² manages the certification to recognize individuals who have distinguished themselves as experienced, knowledgeable, and proficient information security practitioners. Certification can enhance a professional's career and provide added credibility. CISSP is an approved certification for certain job classifications identified within DoD Directive 8140.

Course Prerequisites

In order to obtain the CISSP certification, you must have at least five years of professional experience in the information security field and a work history reflecting direct experience in at least two of the eight domains listed in the (ISC)² CISSP Common Body of Knowledge (CBK). However, you can become an Associate of (ISC)² by passing the exam without the required work experience.
