SecureNinja's ITIL Foundation + Cloud Introduction training combines essential ITIL service management concepts with a foundational understanding of cloud computing. The course covers ITIL lifecycle principles alongside core cloud concepts such as deployment models, service models, and key cloud providers. Students will explore how ITIL can be applied in modern hybrid and cloud-based environments to improve service delivery, governance, and efficiency. This course is ideal for professionals in organizations adopting or managing cloud services who need to align ITIL processes with cloud capabilities. Training is available in person in our Alexandria, VA classrooms as well as Live Online. Private onsite training is available for groups of 5 or more.
This course prepares students for the ITIL Foundation exam while also introducing core cloud computing principles. Students will learn IT service lifecycle practices and how to integrate them with cloud technologies for effective IT service delivery.
