SecureNinja's ITIL Foundation training introduces students to the key elements, concepts, and terminology used in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycle. The course provides a comprehensive overview of IT service management practices including service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement. It is designed for professionals seeking a basic understanding of the ITIL framework and how it can be used to enhance the quality of IT service management within organizations. The course helps students prepare for the official ITIL Foundation certification exam and is ideal for entry-level professionals or managers in IT operations. Training is available in person in our Alexandria, VA classrooms as well as Live Online. Private onsite training is available for groups of 5 or more.
This course prepares students for the ITIL Foundation exam. Students will learn ITIL terminology, structure, and basic concepts, including the links between lifecycle stages, processes, and best practices in IT service management.
