Introduction to Securing the Internet of Things

This course introduces the complexities of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the security issues that plague them. The core focus of the course is IoT security. The student will learn about the unique and manifold features of IoT and how they relate to security and privacy. In the end, the student will have obtained a solid understanding of the security pitfalls of IoT systems to make informed decisions as an IoT vendor creating a product or as an enterprise or personal consumer making choices about what devices to deploy.
