Learning Objectives

  • The course covers the rise of fragile infrastructures, the role of the information infrastructure as a control mechanism, sources of vulnerability, examples of infrastructure attacks and their consequences, and potential means to mitigate risks and deter attacks by others on our strategic infrastructures.
  • The course also examines current roles and missions of various U.S. Government entities and military commands in light of the potential threat from strategic infrastructure attacks.
