Leadership for the Information Age (LDC)

This course examines Information Age leadership and organizations. It describes the successful Information Age leader and organization as constantly learning and adapting to an increasingly complex, changing, and information-rich environment. Emphasis is placed on out-of-the-box thinking, individual and organizational innovation, and the processes and structures that enhance an organization's ability to learn, adapt, and compete in the Information Age.
