Master of Science in Information Technology - Cybersecurity and Forensics

The MS in Information Technology (MSIT) program includes a major concentration in Cybersecurity and Forensics. The MS in IT program requires students to complete 30 hours of graduate coursework. The first 15 hours provide students with knowledge in core information technologies in leadership, strategic planning, and research. Concentration courses include topics on forensics, network and cybersecurity, legal and ethical issues, disaster recovery and response planning, and ethical hacking. Students who complete this new concentration will have the National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CDE) designation noted on their academic transcripts. The entire program can be completed online. The current tuition rate is $255.00 per credit hour.
