Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) is designed to provide students with a refreshment course on enterprise IT governance principles and practices. Developed by ISACA to validate a professional's ability to discuss critical issues around governance and strategic alignment, CGEIT training is ideal for those interested in supporting and advancing the IT governance of an enterprise.
Additionally, this course will help students review and refresh their information security knowledge and help identify areas they need to study for the CGEIT certification exam issued by ISACA.

However, this course is not intended for beginners as the CGEIT material focuses on advanced concepts and practices. As a result, we recommend all students meet the same qualifications ISACA requires for those interested in obtaining the CGEIT certification. CGEIT Eligibility Requirements: Five (5) or more years of experience managing, serving in an advisory or oversight role, and/or otherwise supporting the governance of the IT-related contribution to an enterprise including a minimum of one year of experience relating to the definition, establishment and management of a Framework for the Governance of IT.
