Cyber Defense Analyst

This is a practitioner-focused, work role-based program that teaches students the principles and practices of cyber security. Students will learn on this program, what it takes to perform the job duties of a cyber security analyst. Additionally, they will be able to demonstrate their understanding of cyber security principles, concepts, and general knowledge by attempting a certification exam and completing over 20 practical incident response related tasks and cyber defense projects.

Learning Objectives

This course is outcome-driven. The primary goal is to prepare learners for a job in cyber security upon completion therefore we took the pain to research the most relevant job roles in cyber security and aligned the content to those roles. Upon completing this training, learners will very feel comfortable and confident to apply for job titles such as incident response analyst, SOC analyst, vulnerability assessment analyst or cyber security risk specialist.
