  • Students learn to understand the advantages, disadvantages, and security threats to e-Commerce, understand the use of cryptography in e-commerce and attacks on cryptographic security mechanisms, understand distributed denial of service (DDoS) threats and defense mechanisms, understand the Internet of Things (IoT) position, risks, and defense, define risk and defenses related to Internet of Things (IoT) in healthcare, understand big data's unique architecture, security issues, ethics challenges and solutions, explore and understand the cybercrime landscape, defenses, and recovery methods, and define a comprehensive approach to implement and maintain e-business security.
