Apart from technical expertise, CISOs must facilitate balance and encourage a culture of productivity and accountability. Their jobs are about people, and managing people requires a solid approach to team dynamics. These are the seven rules of team dynamics that leaders in the space should apply to cybersecurity: Mission, Rewards, Nurture Interdependencies, Goals, Feedback, Open Discussion, and Continuous Learning.
