A CISO's role is to support a broader range of concerns from a cybersecurity standpoint. To do that, a CISO must support innovation and decision-making across each organizational department. Communicating cybersecurity is about finding balance between quantifying and explaining how well the business is performing in risk mitigation and areas that need improvement.
