ATT&CK: Host Vulnerability Scanning

Network services running on hosts can have vulnerabilities that allow attackers to gain unauthorized access or perform denial of service (DoS) attacks. If a network service is vulnerable, anyone who can connect to it can execute an attack that may grant access to the host or cause the service to crash, resulting in a denial-of-service condition.
